Due to excessive amounts of the wet stuff, races are cancelled for Saturday......Hopefully next weekend

:brightideif we must get the wet stuff i dont see a problem with it happening on every monday so it can leave us alone on the weekends. also have the week for it to dry up. we need to see who we can talk to about that.

I warned ya....

R/C racing, and the hang-out factor that goes with it, becomes a part of your life....even if don't race. BUT, don't bet on not racing if you find yourself coming to the races at all. It's TOO much fun to not to participate at some point!:) I would've never known some of my best friends had I not gotten involved with this hobby.

Not to mention, it makes for a great pastime when you're at work!:D

Do they have powder puff like in the big cars?? I do that!!! LOL!!! I like to drive fast!!! Just have no control with R/C cars.....I turn when I'm supposed to go straight and don't know right from left when I'm going that fast. LOL!!! So yeah.....I'm blonde!!!

No official powder-puff class that I am aware of, but I know Jena (Rex's wife) at Novelty is getting an electric truck together to race, and would love to have a powder-puff class there! And don't worry, EVERYONE starts out the same.......heavy trigger finger, with minimal steering skills!:)


Also, I think my wife would give it a try if there were other females that were trying it too!

I doubt any guy wants some girl tearing up his R/C though. So that would mean I'd have to get my own......I'l still just be a cheerleader for awhile.....IF I make it to a race that is.

Well, it will have to be up to you, obviously, but you have to at least come and check it out. And, 'us guys' don't usually mind letting someone else drive our stuff, even if it does get broke. Breakage happens...it's just part of it! :)

My car would definitely have to be pink and black!!!! Hot PINK!!!! I'm kinda High Maintenance....and girly girl.....most of the time!!!

And I'm a talker.....so I like the FORUM!!!!! LOL!!!!

And as far as being a talker...HA!....good luck getting a word in edge-wise with some of the guys we race with!....lol.

i know what you mean about the withdrawals. i took the xxx nt out to play with it and broke a shock tower rather quickly. i had a air leak somewhere on my mugen and went through stuff. after i broke the nt i wanted to see if i got the air leak taken care of. which i did. and well, i couldnt take it. i used up a little more fuel than i wanted. but it was fun. now i have to clean a muddy car. well its a little muddy. im going to be taking it apart this week anyway to clean it, relube bearings, change diff fluid, etc. sounds like a great time to get it dirty or to tear it down for a good cleaning. either way both are needed.

and what do you mean if it cooperates. it will be great for us on saturday.
