No problems at all with this unit, we are simply downsizing our theater room to more of an excercise room... there's no need for a TV this size anymore.

The specs show 720P but upscales to 1080i (xbox360 displays in 1080i)

The sound system has 2 front full range speakers that sound pretty good, I only used them for a center channel (an option in the menu system)
