Don't listen to a thing Craig tells you about me! Lol, Just kidding Craig is awesome. I think you would really like the car. I am really liking the car alot. It is one of those cars that just feels right to me. I hope to get up to P-Hill soon. I have alot going on with heli flying in the next few months but if you see me at a race come talk to me and I will let you drive my car for a few laps so you can see what you think.

In the PT 2008XB I have been running the SH #4 medium temp plugs on Byrons 30% Race 3000 11% oil fuel, with the included extra head shim that comes with the PT 2008XB. I also run the 9.0mm restrictor in the carb.

Wow a 9mm restrictor?? Figured u would use the 8 like everyone else seems too. But I am not familiar with the SH engine, so i can speak directly about it.

How is you fuel mileage? Power change much from 8 - 9mm restrictor??

I haven't drove many 8th scales so im taking baby steps...no nitro for me this year with the electric nats being so close gotta run the quiet stuff this year

Degani and myself are both running the 9mm restrictor. I was running a 6.5mm restrictor at the Psycho Nitro Blast II, and I talked to Degani and he said to try the 9mm so I did and it didn't reduce my run time at all and I have a ton of power.

If you are smooth on the throttle it is amazing how much run time you can get with a big restrictor. You only use the power that you need when you need it.

True just like a regular car.. I'ld have to say you have better control of yourself than I do.. Cuase I just grip it and rip it..

Run the stock front roll center and run the rear camber link in the upper inside hole one the hub carrier, and the bottom inner on the rear tower. Also -2 camber all the way around. Front shocks, Top outer hole on tower, inner hole on arm. Rear shocks, Upper inner hole on tower, Middle hole on arm. Front Kick up, run the maximum front kickup, and on caster run the clips in the back unless it gets really bumpy and then move them to the front. Rear Toe angle, use the 3 degree inserts. Diffs, 3,3,1. Stock front swaybar, 3.0 swaybar in the rear. Shocks, I am currently running the Associated Big Bores w/1.3mm pistons all the way around. 35wt front 25wt rear associated oils, 100% Rebound in shocks. Front toe 2 degrees out. Ride height arms level front and rear. I'll measure my droop setting later and post.
