Transmission is in the truck! although its a good thing because the rear pinion was about to cause issues... We'll gather up some parts tomorrow for that and be ready to rock Saturday!!!!

Will the new 3 speeds work with the aluminum Tranny cases?

Yep the additional gears fit inside the original transmission case or aftermarket cases.
