Wow!! What a day! Timberline Raceway has permanent power. We had a construction crew that would of rivaled any professional electrical contractor. We pulled over 5500' of wire today and the only thing left is the track lighting (3000' of wire)which we have a goal to be done by the August Trophie Race. We do have outdoor lighting for the parking lot,pits,pitroad,concession stand and the front straight of the track. All the pit outlets are wired and I will be wiring the air compressor tomorrow. The airlines are run and each pit stall will have it's on hose and air blow nozzle. This was a huge project and thanks to the following.

I tell ya what, thats definatly not a job I'd choose to do again. Although without John's help that could have been ALOT worse. Gotta love those old trade secrets that make the job go easier.

We didn't have a problem with help out there today, Plenty of guys pitching in to get things handled!!!!

It was a great day for work. I hope some of rain we got here in o.p. fell out there today, not to spoil the practice just for the oval. I am excited to see how it looks next saturday.
