boy o boy am I nervous!

Today Linda and I signed the contract and put an offer in on our first home! I guess it really doesn't matter if they accept our offer... ultimatly we are ok with paying thier new asking price (price just droped a few days ago). So, its all but a done deal and we'll be closing on April 29 :) :) :)

For those that know Spring Hill, we'll be just east and south of the new High School. Dang this is going to cut into my RC time, maybe I can get Linda to move the house without me?

Well its official! We got the house :)
Saved a few bucks on the price in the process. Looks like I better start packing.... AGAIN! ;) we just moved into this house exactly 1 yr ago.
