I'm sure some of us can step up to the plate for something for Dave to drive - since he's been workin' his butt off to get the track ready for all of us!
I'm throwing my Mayhem Pro in with just that thought in mind!
and I'm sure that thought has occurred to others as well!
BTW: WHATTA' WEATHER FORECAST!

Guys thanks alot!!
I'm taking the day off from track work!!
I stayed up late to get my Sirio Evo II .21 in my buggy last night and will be breaking it in today!!
I'm going to try and get Chris's Drake put together also today. Maybe breaking in his .12 Sirio A*** Drake engine in later today or Saturday morning.
Garrett (the savage master) is going to help get Chris's Savage together (if we have all the parts) so by the end of the day we will have stuff to play with!!!!
I'm really disappointed I couldn't get everything 100% done but there is so much to do. This has been the biggest project since I built the house 5 years ago!!! That took me 2 years and 22 days and 3/4 of a divorce.
Debbie has been very patient!!!!!! Garrett and I have worked 7 days a week for 16 weeks in a row!!! BTW THANKYOU LINDA COTTINGHAM FOR LOANING ME YOUR KIDS DAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!
I also want to thank the following:
Matt,Justin,Steve V,Mike,Scott,Craig,Bryan,Micheal,Chris and the many others who have helped along the way!
I hope everybody likes the improvements?
And I hope everybody understands that I ran out of time to get everything done?
BUT WE WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE THE IMPROVEMENTS AS THE YEAR PROGRESSES!!!

It's all good Dave. Glad to hear you're working on the RC's!!!! Give us a patch of dirt and we'll race but it sure will be nice to use the facility you've built there! Can't wait to see the reactions of people when they see whats been done out there.

Just a little track info. The offroad track is 100% ready to GO!. It's in the best shape I have ever seen!!! For those of you who has been out here before the track looks alot different. We have added 3 new turns, 2 dog leg turns, 1 of which is off camber,a quad jump,a mogule in the center of the dog leg, the front jump is 2 feet taller and 10 foot longer and now is a table top configuration,we have a turn with a berm so you can chose two lines inside and outside grooves, elevated pits with long run in. Lots and lots of other details that have been improved!!!

The oval track is runnable (Chris K is runnable a english word?) anyway the oval is 75% done,no outside walls or inside barriers, and the banking is just 8 degrees, and needs to be 15. But anyone who wants to run on it may and I would like everyone to try it it's 293' in the groove and very fast racing. I have been waiting for the Excavator to show back up to finish the grading and build the pit row. Once that is done we can build the Tractor pull area!

I'll agree with the fast racing. its insane LOL going into the turn at full throttle, let up just a bit then your back into the gas again. There's no time for mistakes!

Hmmmmm, glad I'm bringin' my Tony body - looks like *someone* went to bed in a NASCAR kinda' mood!
Excitment must be in the AIR - I went to be at 1:30 and was up at 6:15 updating the Real R/C site...... 'course a 14 # cat jumping into a 10# window opening might have had something to do with being up also.......
Off to breakfast with the wife!

Oh I forgot - JOHNNY ON THE SPOT - my favorite "pit" stop!
They once asked me to do an endorsement - BUT they wanted me to endorse them as the OFFICIAL porta potty of "Old men racing R/C Cars" & wanted me to pay THEM $500.00............
